By accessing or using Megazon, creating an account, placing an order, opening a seller store, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Megazon.

If you use Megazon for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Megazon is an online marketplace that helps customers discover and order products offered by independent sellers. Megazon provides marketplace technology, account features, seller tools, order tracking, support, moderation, and related services.

Unless a listing clearly identifies Megazon as the seller, the seller shown on the product or order page is responsible for the product, description, price, stock, legality, quality, fulfilment, and applicable after-sales obligations.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use marketplace services under applicable law. A person who lacks that capacity may use Megazon only with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or authorized representative where legally allowed.

Users may create customer or seller accounts using requested information such as a name, phone number, password, and verification code. You must provide accurate and current information and promptly update it when it changes.

You may not impersonate another person or business, create an account using unauthorized information, or transfer an account without Megazon’s written permission.

You are responsible for protecting your password, phone, verification codes, and authenticated sessions. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access and the activity was not caused by your own intentional or negligent conduct.

Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Megazon may temporarily restrict an account to investigate suspected unauthorized access.

Megazon may permit users to browse some areas without an account. An account or verified contact information may still be required to place an order, save an address, contact a seller, use seller features, or access other protected functionality.

Seller accounts may require completion of store information, a delivery or business location, contact details, and any verification requested by Megazon. Opening an account does not guarantee approval or activation.

Megazon may approve, reject, pause, or request additional information for a seller account to protect customers, comply with law, reduce fraud, or maintain marketplace quality.

Megazon may request identity, ownership, registration, authorization, licensing, location, or other supporting information. A verification badge indicates that Megazon completed its applicable review at a particular time; it is not a guarantee of every product, transaction, or future seller action.

Sellers must keep verification information accurate and notify Megazon of material changes.

Sellers must:

• offer only lawful products they are authorized to sell;
• provide truthful titles, descriptions, images, categories, options, prices, discounts, stock, and delivery information;
• use images they own or have permission to use;
• maintain sufficient stock and promptly update unavailable items;
• fulfil accepted orders carefully and within communicated timeframes;
• package products appropriately;
• respect customer information and use it only for order fulfilment and authorized support;
• handle complaints, returns, replacements, and refunds according to the applicable policy and law;
• maintain required licenses, records, and tax compliance; and
• cooperate with Megazon investigations and moderation.

Product listings may be reviewed before or after publication. Megazon may approve, reject, unpublish, correct the category of, restrict, or request changes to a listing that is inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, misleading, poor quality, infringing, or inconsistent with marketplace standards.

Review or approval does not transfer the seller’s responsibilities to Megazon.

Users and sellers must not upload, promote, sell, request, or distribute:

• illegal, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, or unauthorized goods;
• weapons, explosives, dangerous materials, or controlled items unless expressly lawful and approved;
• illegal drugs, unlawfully supplied medicines, or regulated products offered without required authorization;
• sexually exploitative, hateful, abusive, violent, or otherwise unlawful content;
• products or content that infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• malware, account credentials, deceptive digital products, or tools intended for cyber abuse;
• misleading health, safety, origin, certification, or performance claims; or
• any item prohibited by applicable law or Megazon’s published marketplace rules.

Megazon may remove content, cancel affected orders, preserve relevant records, suspend accounts, or report suspected unlawful conduct when appropriate.

Megazon and its sellers try to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, specifications, and options. Device displays, seller photographs, manufacturing changes, and human error may cause minor differences.

Sellers remain responsible for material accuracy. If a material error is discovered before fulfilment, the customer may be informed and allowed to confirm the corrected order or cancel it without an improper charge.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in the application, normally Iraqi dinars (IQD). Sellers must not use fabricated original prices, false scarcity messages, or misleading discounts.

Products and promotions are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. Megazon or the seller may correct an obvious pricing or stock error before acceptance, with notice to the customer.

Submitting an order is a request to purchase from the selected seller. An order may remain pending while the seller, delivery location, stock, or other required information is confirmed.

An order becomes accepted when the application indicates approval or confirmation. Megazon or the seller may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, inaccurate information, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an inaccessible delivery address, legal restrictions, or seller suspension.

Megazon currently supports pay on delivery unless another method is expressly introduced and disclosed. Customers must pay the amount confirmed in the order at the time and in the manner communicated for delivery.

Customers should not make payment through unapproved links, accounts, or messages. Any future electronic payment service will be governed by additional disclosures and the payment provider’s applicable terms.

Customers must provide a sufficiently accurate city, address, nearby reference point, and contact method. Location selection on a map is provided for convenience and should be checked before the order is confirmed.

Incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or outdated address information may delay or prevent delivery. Delivery availability, fees, and estimates may vary by seller, destination, product, traffic, weather, and operational conditions.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless Megazon expressly states otherwise. Customers should be reasonably available at the delivery location and may be contacted to coordinate fulfilment.

Risk and responsibility for a delivered product pass as determined by the applicable seller arrangement and law. Customers should inspect packages promptly and report visible damage, missing items, or significant discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible.

Customers may request cancellation while the order status and fulfilment stage permit it. Cancellation may become unavailable once preparation, dispatch, or delivery has materially progressed.

Repeated abusive ordering, intentional refusal of valid deliveries, or misuse of cancellation may result in ordering restrictions after reasonable review.

Sellers should cancel only for legitimate reasons and must maintain accurate inventory. Excessive cancellations, misleading availability, delayed fulfilment, or failure to communicate may affect ranking, verification, access to features, or account status.

Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, reason, seller policy, hygiene and safety considerations, and applicable law. The applicable return window and conditions should be displayed in the app or communicated for the order.

Unless defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, or otherwise required by law, an eligible return should ordinarily be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Certain perishable, personalized, activated, hygiene-sensitive, or digital items may be non-returnable where lawful and clearly disclosed.

Approved cash-on-delivery refunds will be issued through the method communicated by Megazon or the seller. Processing time begins after the returned product is received and inspected.

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain harassment, threats, personal data, illegal content, spam, manipulated feedback, or undisclosed paid promotion.

Megazon may remove or restrict reviews that violate these rules, but will not remove a legitimate review merely because it is negative.

Search results, featured stores, trending products, and recommendations may consider relevance, availability, category, price, sales, ratings, delivery performance, customer activity, promotions, freshness, and marketplace quality. Sponsored or paid placement should be identified where applicable.

You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading store logos, product images, descriptions, reviews, or other content to Megazon, you grant Megazon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, translate, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the marketplace.

This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal records, completed transaction records, and content already used in accordance with the license.

Megazon’s name, logo, interface, software, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Megazon and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, reverse engineer, impersonate, or commercially exploit Megazon’s intellectual property except as legally permitted.

Rights holders may report suspected infringement to [email protected] with identification of the protected work, disputed material, contact details, and a good-faith explanation.

You must not:

• interfere with the application, servers, security, or other users;
• scrape or harvest information without authorization;
• bypass access controls, moderation, limits, or account restrictions;
• introduce malicious code or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• manipulate orders, ratings, rankings, discounts, or seller metrics;
• use customer information for unrelated marketing;
• threaten, harass, deceive, or impersonate another party; or
• use Megazon for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

Megazon may send operational communications about verification, security, orders, delivery, seller approval, product review, disputes, and policy changes. Optional marketing communications may be controlled through available settings or applicable unsubscribe methods.

Megazon may integrate maps, messaging, delivery, hosting, analytics, payment, or other third-party services. Their separate terms may apply when you interact directly with them. Megazon is not responsible for independent services outside its reasonable control, but will select and manage providers with appropriate care.

Megazon may warn, restrict, suspend, deactivate, or terminate an account or listing when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, repeated poor performance, non-payment, prohibited content, misuse of personal information, or violation of these Terms.

Where appropriate, Megazon may provide a reason and an opportunity to appeal. Immediate action may be taken where delay could create legal, security, financial, or safety risk.

Users may stop using Megazon and request account deletion subject to the Privacy Policy and retention obligations.

Where Megazon collects or coordinates amounts on behalf of sellers, settlement calculations may account for completed orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, delivery charges, agreed service fees, adjustments, and lawful deductions. Sellers must review statements and report a suspected error within the period displayed or reasonably communicated.

Users and sellers are responsible for taxes, registrations, licenses, invoices, product compliance, and other obligations applicable to their activities. Megazon may request documentation, make legally required disclosures, or withhold action where necessary to comply with law.

Megazon may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. Maintenance, device limitations, network failures, emergencies, third-party outages, and events outside reasonable control may interrupt the service.

Megazon will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the extent permitted by law, Megazon is provided on an “as available” basis. Megazon does not guarantee that every seller, listing, product, delivery estimate, rating, or third-party service will always be accurate, available, safe, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Megazon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Megazon’s liability will not be limited where limitation is prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected matters.

Independent sellers remain responsible for their products and fulfilment obligations. This section does not remove mandatory customer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, a seller or user who violates these Terms, infringes another party’s rights, misuses personal information, or offers unlawful products is responsible for resulting claims, losses, and reasonable costs incurred by Megazon, except to the extent caused by Megazon’s own fault.

Customers and sellers should first use the in-app support or contact [email protected]. Include the relevant order or listing identifier and a clear description of the issue.

Megazon may review transaction records, messages, photographs, delivery evidence, seller information, and other relevant material to facilitate a fair resolution. This does not prevent either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq and, where relevant, the laws and regulations applicable in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, without removing any mandatory protections that apply to the user.

The competent courts will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires or permits another forum.

Megazon may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or feature changes. The revised version will display a new effective date. Material changes may be announced in the app or through another appropriate channel.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If a change requires express consent, Megazon will request it.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without Megazon’s permission; Megazon may transfer it as part of a lawful reorganization or business transfer with appropriate notice.

The headings are for convenience. The English, Arabic, and Sorani Kurdish versions should be kept materially consistent. The controlling language in case of conflict will be English.
